93.2kg (205 lb)
Finally back on track. The weight hovered around 96kg (211 lb) for weeks and then fell almost 3kg in four days. Weird, although it's not the first time.

96.1kg (211.4 lb)
Recovery from the saturdays overeating is taking a lot longer than usual, normally the weight gain only lasts a day or two, at most three.
Did the interview yesterday, it should come out this saturday. I've instructed everybody to hide the newspaper so I don't have to look at my pictures on it, it seems that I end up looking mentally challenged in most photos. "What do you mean? You look just like you always do". Gee, thanks mom.

96.6kg (212.5 lb) again
It's really annoying when the weight sticks, even if it's just for a few days.
Clocked a new record for the 6km (3.7 mile) walk last night, 47:50, 7.5km/h (4.7 mph). I should probably start jogging again soon. Knees and ankles didn't like it much the last time, but now I'm almost 15kg (33 lb) lighter.
I'll be interviewed for a local newspaper tomorrow, 15 minutes of very localized fame here I come!

96.6kg (212.5 lb)
Saturdays carbohydrate overload seems to be kicking in, gained 1,7kg. It's just fluid but it's still not nice.
People often ask me what I eat, and when I tell them, refuse to believe that anybody could survive without potatoes, pasta, rice or bread. Here's everything I ate yesterday:
Breakfast, oatmeal porridge
- 35g of oatmeal
- 3 (small) teaspoonsfuls of sugar
- spoonful of margarine
Snack #1, A banana
Lunch, tuna "salad"
- a can of tuna (in vegetable oil)
- two tomatoes
- 5cm of cucumber (didn't have more, usually 10-15cm)
- some mustard for dressing
Snack #2, 200g can of viili (turns out there isn't a proper english word for this, you live and learn, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viili)
Supper
- two sausages, 100g each
- mustard
- picled beets
Snack #3, two apples
All this amounts to about 1500kcal.
Exercise:
Walked 6km (3.7 miles), 51min 20s

94.9kg (209 lb)
Yesterday's stats:
Calorie intake: ca. 1750kcal (not from very good sources, had to participate in social coffee drinking and cookie eating)
Number of meals: 5
Exercise: power walking, 6km (3.7 miles)
Today happens to be the bimonthly "eat what you want"-day and also the weekly rest day, so no exercise. I'm gonna be really twitchy and high on sugar tonight.

Introduction
I used to be fat, really fat, a bit over 176kg (388 lb) with a BMI of 53.9. I was probably the fattest man in the whole damn town, at least I was in the Top 3 (it's a small town, but nevertheless). Now, after 3 years, I'm less fat, 95.5kg (210 lb). I'll post some photos later for your viewing pleasure.
I lost the weight the boring way, by eating less and exercising (more on that some other time) and somewhere along the way my brain flipped a switch from "physical exercise is as close as it gets to hell on earth and should be avoided by all cost" to "I'm sweaty and winded, and I think I like it". Now I want to see how fit I can get.
I don't have any clear goals in mind, atleast not yet, I don't necessarily want to become a triathlete or run a marathon. What I wan't to do are the things I've never been able to, run, climb (even the feared rope, though I believe it to be physically impossible for everyone) and do pull-ups and push-ups (preferably more than one) and other bodyweight exercises. In the near future, I will also join a gym.
But as for now, I still have some weight to lose until I reach my first goal, 88kg (194 lb) and will be half the man I used to be.
